In the lovely autumn season, I walk among a field of trees. And with no apparent reason, I've fallen in love with the breeze. Glistening apples overhead, Can be such a wonderful sight. The crackling leaves these trees have shed, an audible, sublime delight. Memories of hot apple pie, and our friends around the campfire. With us, under a velvet sky, sharing some warm apple cider. How I miss those days, we were young, a naive "I love you" on my mind. dancing on the tip of my tongue, but courage I could never find. This orchard is a part of me, just as it exists to the earth. And every person, like a tree, Gives something of meaning and worth. -Torak | |
